How It Works

The HOA Program

One Flat Seasonal Price

We walk your common areas, build one bid for the whole season, and bill it as a single predictable invoice — no per-visit line items for your board to track.

Direct Point of Contact

No call center, no ticket queue. Whoever manages your property talks directly with us about scheduling, questions, or anything that needs attention.

15% Off For Every Resident

Once your community is under a seasonal contract, every homeowner in it gets 15% off any additional service they book for their own yard — at no extra cost to the association.

Every Community Is Different

Common area size, mowing frequency, and what's included (trimming, mulch, fall cleanup, snow removal) all shape the bid — that's why HOA and commercial pricing is quoted after a quick walk-through rather than listed as a flat rate. Tell us about your property below and we'll follow up with a real number.

Common Questions

Frequently Asked Questions

How is HOA/commercial pricing different from your residential pricing?

Residential pricing is per-cut and scales with a single yard's lot size. HOA and commercial properties are quoted as one flat seasonal price after we see the common areas in person — every property is different enough that we'd rather give you a real number than a rough guess.

How does the resident discount actually work?

Once your HOA signs a seasonal contract with us, any homeowner in that community gets 15% off services they book individually for their own yard — just mention your community name when you request an estimate. It costs the association nothing extra.

What's included in a seasonal contract?

Typically weekly or bi-weekly mowing and trimming of common areas, with edging, mulch, hedge trimming, fall cleanup, or winter snow removal added as needed. We build the scope around your property during the bid, not from a fixed menu.

How do we get billed?

One invoice for the association, on a schedule we agree on up front (monthly or seasonal) — not a per-visit bill for your board to reconcile every week.

What areas do you serve?

We're based in DeForest, Wisconsin and serve DeForest and the surrounding area.
